Mix of traditional and exotic
May 16, 2014
If there is one moment we want most to make original, magical, and memorable, it is certainly the one when we pop the question. Finding the perfect idea, one that will reflect the couple, is not always an easy task.
Thomas overcame the challenge! He also got great help from his cat. He proceeded to hang a “Will you marry me?” sign around the cat’s neck. Isn’t it adorable? We loved it! So did his bride-to-be and they finally tied the knot last October.
Both of Asian origin, they hoped to mix the charm of a traditional ceremony along with the exotic tea ceremony. Joelle looked spectacular in her white lace gown. And how about that back? If she was nervous the least bit, she hid it very well. She looked so calm and happy and so did Thomas. A huge surprise awaited Joelleat her door step: an awesome turquoise Thunderbird was all set to take her to church!
We then did the couple session by the canal. The sun spoiled us and the lighting was divine. Joelle and Thomas played it well, agreeing to create pretty much every pose that was going through our minds for our pure pleasure and amusement. After that, we made our way to the reception hall where the tea ceremony also took place.
Thank you both, Joelle and Thomas, for allowing us to step into your world on that very special day. We wish you load and loads of happiness!
